We are pleased to announce the establishment of Rebounder, Inc. (株式会社 Rebounder) in February 2026.

With this incorporation, we will fully accelerate the two business lines we have been developing:

• KimiTeras — A next-generation school administration DX signage platform that illuminates the future from the classroom
• Problem-solving AI/DX consulting

Background

Japanese society is facing a severe labor shortage driven by a declining birthrate and aging population. At the same time, many workplaces — schools, construction, manufacturing, and service industries — still rely on analog workflows and have yet to fully benefit from digitalization.

We believe in delivering value precisely to these frontline environments that truly need the power of technology.

Our Vision

We aim to redefine the untapped potential hidden in person-dependent operations and analog distribution structures through AI and data, working toward a society that does not rely on manual labor yet does not leave people behind.

We believe technology should exist not to replace people, but to create an environment where people can focus on more essential work.
